Casa Rota house designed by Manuel Ocana, the main characteristic of this home is an awesome indoor swimming pool, the pool have unique painting so if you looking the pool from the top side, you’ll see the beautiful art. I never guess that this was a refurbishment of an old house. The house includes four machines to control and put the temperature and humiditu environtments according to their own desires of comfort. By simple demolition were opened forged in the cascade southward to the overflor of natural light by the three levels. Become s the interior courtyard into a vertical space that goes beyond pool by the house.

Modern Minimalist House Design

The ground floor of this modern and minimalist house has glazed walls that leads directly to the pool providing a comfortable lounge and dinning area which provides a perfect place to relax and spent time with friends and family. The kitchen has been finished in a seamless aluminum cladding. This creates a refined kitchen space. The entire second floor in the main section of the house had been allocated for a master bedroom/study space with an en suite bathroom.

P.C. Hooftstraat Apartment by Hofman Dujardin Architects

The apartment design below is the new remodeling design of P.C. Hoofstraat Apartment in Amsterdam by Hofman Dujardin Architects. The special character of the interior design is on the open plan. The apartment is designed with a living room that has high ceiling, the past kitchen, as well as the side room; that are placed in one area without partition. 

In the kitchen area, it is applied white gloss cabinets; the Corian® in Cameo White looks special in the cooking area that is also side by side with the living room. Besides, a ‘Dear Ingo’ lamp from Ron Gilad is also installed in the kitchen that has had an exhaust system.

 

Go on to the upper floor, two bedrooms and one bathroom are designed there. The bathroom elements that can be found are a freestanding bath, a Corian® sink, and a 2.4 x 2.6m glass plate. In the master bedroom, it is found a stairway that connects the room to the roof patio. The apartment interior can become a great idea for those who have such quite spacious apartment unit. 

Interesting Present From Father to Son: Broccoli House

Today we display an interesting idea that could inspire you to use available resources to create fantastic presents or impress someone close to you with the creativity expressed by this kind of projects. Although there is only one picture, the idea is so interesting that we should try to capture its sentimental value rather than the materialistic feature. The Broccoli House was created by Brock Davis with a simple desire in mind: “I couldn’t build a tree house for my son so I built him a broccoli house instead“. This simple idea was transformed into a fantastic declaration of parental love and I hope that the artist will be soon able to make a full scale tree house for his son. The broccoli was used to replace a real tree and Brock Davis used a craft knife to meticulously carve the tree house out of balsa wood. The result is an adorable little Broccoli House that simply puts a smile on my face.

From The Former Warehouse to Comfortable Home

Dutch designer Rolf Bruggink create a comfortable home design, the design for two rooms, measuring 30 meters square, looks like being in a safe place with style brought near the stairs. And equipped with artificial lighting. This place comes from the former warehouse in Utrecht which was designed in collaboration with Architect Mint. A charming house with a mixture of raw materials such as wood, stone and metal and comes with a black, white and gray make look elegant and a bit minimalist but restrained and also a bit ‘suspended in time.

City View Residence by Dick Clark Architecture

City View Residence in Austin, Texas, with its modernist and orthogonal design, screams summer vacation. The creation of Dick Clark Architecture is whitewashed with wood panels and large windows on the ground floor, and glass walls on the upper floor, flooding the atrium-like two story living room with light. 

The house has numerous configurable features for entertainment, a spectacular view, swimming pools. It is solar cell powered and collects rain water. The space is continuously flowing, from the glass box lounge living room to the dining space featuring a suspended blonde wood panel decorated with numerous framed pictures.

Some of my personal favourite elements are the wall separating the living and dining space, with a fireplace cut out into it, and the book case rising to the window brim and extending over the whole wall of the bedroom and the bar stools in the shiny dark brown wood furnished kitchen.
